They SUCK!!! CUstomer service doesn't respond, can't cancel order because you can't get a hold of this company. Part came damaged, didn't let me know at order time that 4 of 5 pieces weren't in stock. BO'd.

Still Waiting

I ordered from this company a month ago. When I received my order the invoice claimed there were two items in the package. There was only one item in the package. No one informed me that the second item was not available to ship until I inquired about it. I sent an email to follow up on the ETA, no response. I will be asking for a refund for the second item that I was charged for, but did not receive. I will buy locally, going forward. I was planning on purchasing all of our outlet covers from this company, but thought twice and decided to see how they would handle a small order first. Lesson learned.

Order order error, no contact phone number available

I ordered two switch plates from Switchhits and received only one, but was charged for two. I have been trying to contact them, but they dont have a contact phone number listed to get this resolved.

I havent received credit for a return

They sent me two switch plates that were missing pieces, and when I wrote to them repeatedly, they sent me the parts but these are not something you can assemble yourself. They need to be riveted on at the factory and since then Ive been writing continuously for two months with no response. and also they havent given me credit for a return that happened April 1 and it is now the end of May.

Unhappy customers

Can’t contact the company about my order. Phone numbers don’t work.

I have a problem with my order and have no customer service

I am having extreme difficulty getting any assistance regarding my problem. All l need are a couple of replacement plastic screws for my switch plate and my issue would be resolved. That l have to continue to write beyond my concern is very annoying. It does not require this many words to say l need a few screws!

It was not clear that I needed to use a credit card instead of my debit card. When I emailed them, they didn't address that issue, but they did say my switch plates were coming, and they arrived.

It was not clear as to when I would be receiving the items. Tracking just said "processing." When I asked how to change my debit car to a credit card, they didn't answer me. Communication just seems a little lacking.

Seller refused to follow up with USPS and accused me of refusing to check with neighbors. I have checked with neighbors. Bottom line seller said they wouldnt help track package. They will not issue a refund. That I was out of luck. Ive been scammed.
